Motorized gantry crane DELTA 500

The Delta 500 motorized gantry crane, thanks to its compact design, is ideal for low halls where the installation of a classic crane is impossible.
The crane is self-propelled and equipped with independent drives, which allows precise maneuvering and load positioning even in limited space.
Remote control increases the safety of the operator's work and allows convenient operation without being near the load.

Motorized gantry cranes are equipped with:

3-phase male socket
a single cable route to power the hoist or an optional double cable route
an optional additional electrical outlet at the hoist to power overhead devices such as vacuum grippers with an electric pump

Driving system

2 swivel castors and two drive castors

The DELTA 500 self-propelled crane is equipped with four wheels, two of which,are drive (active) and two torsion (passive). The crane can move in a straight line, in an arc and can also turn.

It is equipped with two speed modes:

First gear:

- for precise straight-line travel (positioning the load on the direction of travel of the crane)

- For turning the crane

Second gear:

- for driving straight ahead for longer distances (faster movement between workstations),

It has two modes of turning:

- single-sided drive - moves the active wheel on the outer side, causes the crane to turn relative to the inner active wheel
- two-sided drive - the drive wheels spin in the opposite direction, causes the crane to rotate relative to the center point between the active wheels

EB1 three-phase electrical outlet with rotary disconnect switch mounted with steel sheet cover (steel sheet cover as an option)
SG additional electrical socket at the hoist to power overhead devices, e.g. vacuum grippers with electric pump (option)
