Concrete Column Lifting and Assembly Set AT-FS

  • The AT-FS set is designed for safe lifting and quick, precise assembly of columns or slender precast concrete elements equipped with an appropriate load-bearing hole
  • The AT-FS set consists of an AT-FB spreader beam, an AT-F pin and an appropriate set of chain slings and handling ropes
  • The working spacing of the slings can be adjusted in 25mm increments by appropriately positioning the movable profiles on the load-bearing beam, locked with pins, which allows for precise balancing of the center of gravity of the suspended load and avoiding collisions of the sling with protruding elements of the lifted load
  • After being mounted and secured, the transported element can be remotely released from the sling using a maneuvering rope and simple maneuvers by the crane operator to remove the pin from the load-bearing hole
  • Two AT-FS sets are required for lifting precast walls and slabs
  • Made according to the harmonized standard: PN-EN 13155

The AT-FS set consists of an AT-FB spreader beam, an AT-F pin and an appropriate set of chain slings and handling rods.

Completing the set, i.e. selecting individual components, should be done taking into account the geometric parameters of the lifted load.

That is why we do not offer ready-made sets, but we configure the product based on the inquiry submitted by the user, in which the following information should be provided:

    • load weight
    • diameter and length of the pin hole
    • width of the collision elements
    • height of the load above the pin

Marked on  product : producers sign, sign CE, load capacity, factory number,  year of production.
